The 13-acre Pacific Highlands Ranch Community Park is designed to facilitate community gathering, encourage social interaction, and offer a diverse and unique blend of recreational amenities for the local community.
DS SCOPE: Furnish & install base & upper cabinetry with solid surface counter tops at corridors, kitchen, multipurpose room, new reception desk, ADA transition counters, furnish and install Baltic Birch wall paneling.

Scope: interior finishes, flooring, window coverings, upholstery, architectural millwork, solid surface counter tops and computer stations, acoustical wall paneling, custom made wood counter/baseboards/chair rails/wall paneling.
Awards: Public Works project of the year, Orchid Award, Merit Award.
RIVERA FAMILY CHIROPRACTIC
Rivera Family Chiropractic was a complete remodel of an existing restaurant and turn into a new chiropractic’s clinic including space planning and design. Project consisted on the demolition of existing walls, ceiling, kitchen, and mechanical units to accommodate for a new layout to accommodate for x-ray room, office space, waiting areas, therapy rooms, and reception. New finishes color scheme and title 24 were part of the remodel.
